Your experience begins with a private consultation with our Master Artist, who will assess your natural hair pattern, scalp, facial proportions, hairline, and desired outcome to create a result that looks authentic, balanced, and completely individual to you. Every detail is carefully considered from the placement and density of each follicle to the pigment tone and overall hairline design. Your Beauty Vault experience includes: Private consultation with our Master Artist Bespoke hairline design tailored to your features and natural hair pattern Custom pigment selection matched to your natural hair colouring Precision follicle replication to create the appearance of natural hair stubble Strategic density enhancement for areas experiencing visible thinning Detailed blending and refinement for a seamless, natural-looking finish Personalised aftercare guidance to support optimal healing and longevity Whether you are looking to create a more defined hairline, add the appearance of density to thinning areas, or achieve a closely shaved look with greater definition, your treatment is designed around your individual features and desired result. Cancellation Policy
Your Time. Your Treatment. Your Sanctuary. At The Beauty Vault Tahmoor, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. Your appointment is your time to relax, unwind and switch off from the everyday. Our studio is a calm, private space designed for you to enjoy a quiet moment of luxury and uninterrupted care. To preserve this peaceful experience, appointments are for the booked client only. We kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you to your appointment. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your treatment. Rescheduling Plans change, and we understand. With 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment, subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred once. Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your 50% deposit being forfeited. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment, subject to availability. No-Shows If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, your booking will be considered a no-show. Your 50% deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance may be charged. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and enjoy your Beauty Vault experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, depending on the treatment and availability. In this instance, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
