Choose from Gel-X extensions or Hard Gel extensions, with our experienced nail artists guiding you through the perfect length, shape, and style to complement your hands and personal aesthetic. Each set is individually handcrafted with your chosen design vision in mind, featuring bespoke hand-painted nail art, chrome finishes, 3D embellishments, intricate details, and elevated luxury finishes. Every nail is thoughtfully created as a unique piece of art, from soft elegance to bold statement designs. Using premium products and expert techniques, your nails are transformed into a personalised expression of your style while maintaining strength, comfort, and a beautifully refined finish. For continued beauty and maintenance, infills are recommended every 3–4 weeks to refresh your extensions, maintain structure, and keep your artwork looking flawless. Cancellation Policy
Your Time. Your Treatment. Your Sanctuary. At The Beauty Vault Tahmoor, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. Your appointment is your time to relax, unwind and switch off from the everyday. Our studio is a calm, private space designed for you to enjoy a quiet moment of luxury and uninterrupted care. To preserve this peaceful experience, appointments are for the booked client only. We kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you to your appointment. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your treatment. Rescheduling Plans change, and we understand. With 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment, subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred once. Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your 50% deposit being forfeited. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment, subject to availability. No-Shows If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, your booking will be considered a no-show. Your 50% deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance may be charged. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and enjoy your Beauty Vault experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, depending on the treatment and availability. In this instance, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
