Your journey includes nine personalised facials and/or professional peels by Dr. Spiller, with each treatment carefully selected and recommended by your skin therapist based on your skin’s individual needs, condition, and progression. Every appointment is designed to build on the last nourishing and strengthening the skin, refining texture, improving clarity, promoting renewal, and targeting visible signs of ageing. Every treatment begins with a personalised skin assessment, allowing our experts to determine the most beneficial treatment for your skin at each stage of your six-month journey. Whether your skin requires the deep nourishment of a Prescription Facial or the targeted renewal of a professional peel, your treatment is chosen for you to achieve the best possible results. Advanced techniques including DrSpiller skincare, collagen focused treatments, sonophoresis, dermaplaning, and professional peeling technologies are carefully selected to address concerns such as dehydration, sensitivity, congestion, uneven texture, dullness, pigmentation, and signs of ageing. To complement your in clinic treatments, your Skin Reset Plan also includes a curated Dr. Spiller home care kit, selected specifically for your skin to support its health, enhance your results, and maintain your progress between appointments. And because effective skin therapy should also be an indulgent experience, your facial treatments combine advanced results driven techniques with luxurious touch. Enjoy slip massage techniques, scalp reflexology, and a relaxing hand and arm massage, creating the perfect balance between skin transformation and complete relaxation. Cancellation Policy
Your Time. Your Treatment. Your Sanctuary. At The Beauty Vault Tahmoor, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. Your appointment is your time to relax, unwind and switch off from the everyday. Our studio is a calm, private space designed for you to enjoy a quiet moment of luxury and uninterrupted care. To preserve this peaceful experience, appointments are for the booked client only. We kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you to your appointment. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your treatment. Rescheduling Plans change, and we understand. With 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment, subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred once. Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your 50% deposit being forfeited. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment, subject to availability. No-Shows If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, your booking will be considered a no-show. Your 50% deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance may be charged. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and enjoy your Beauty Vault experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, depending on the treatment and availability. In this instance, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
